2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us (such as account credentials) and data we access from third-party services you authorize.

Advertising Platform Data (Google & Meta)

Our application integrates with Third-Party Platforms (including Google Ads and Meta Ads) to access your authorized account data. This includes:

• Performance Data: Impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and attribution metrics.
• Configuration Data: Account structure, campaigns, ad sets, and targeting criteria.
• Creative Assets: Ad copy, images, and video content utilized in your campaigns.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected from the Google Ads API strictly for the purpose of providing our optimization and reporting services to you. Specifically:

• To generate performance reports and dashboards.
• To identify underperforming ads and keywords.
• To automate bid and budget adjustments based on your settings.

We do not share your Google Ads data with third parties, advertisers, or other users.

No Sale of Platform Data

Mercuriad strictly adheres to the data policies of our Third-Party Platforms. We do not sell, license, or purchase any "Platform Data" (as defined by Meta and Google) obtained via their APIs. We do not transfer or share your data with third parties (data brokers, ad networks) for their independent commercial use.

Limited Use Disclosure

Mercuriad's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Aggregated Data

We may collect and use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use of the Services to improve our AI models and algorithms. This aggregated data does not identify you or your business and is owned by Mercuriad.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You can request full data deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon request, all your synced data/tokens will be permanently removed from our servers within 48 hours.

5. Revoking Access

You can revoke Mercuriad's access to your Google Ads data at any time via the Google Security Settings page. Once revoked, our application will no longer be able to access your data.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your Google Ads API tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to the public. However, although we make efforts to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee that our services will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

7. Business Transfers

A merger, acquisition or any other structural change will require us to transfer your personally identifiable information to another entity, provided that the receiving entity will comply with this policy.
